Changes

I hate changes. I'm most upset today when Blogger forced me to change my layout to this so-called new version, with all the new and happening changes. Nothing spectacular to me... I just like the old version.

And they also forced me to sign up a new goggle account... and in the process force me to remember another password. I always have a set of default password XXXXX but this one is too short save for Yahoo! So now I have X number of passwords. It's worst in school where I have so many different accounts to maintain and each account needs to have at least 8 characters and must be alpha numeric... I've resorted to writing down all my passwords in my little notebook. So much for security eh...

Here I go on rumbling.. I gotta go. Have to report for meeting at 8.30 am.

Another wedding

Another old hag's wedding today.... Tiring tiring! Somehow, being a jie mei is more tiring than being the bride! I didn't feel so tired during my wedding!!

Hmm... the wedding today certainly brought back some memories of mine... Ha! Makes me feel like I got married ages ago, when it's only 1.5 months ago?

Oh well, I guess it's just one of those things you'll never forget even if you are hit with dementia at the age of 70!

Confused....

Confused = mixed up in one's mind.

I taught this to my pupils last week and it very aptly describes me now.

A friend of mine wanted to send me my belated Christmas present from last year and last last year (!!). Thus, I gave her my address and waited. And waited. And waited for the parcel to arrive. Waited for a week, still no news of my January Christmas present.

It was only when she called SingPost to enquire did I realise that I had given her a partially wrong address! The first part is my current address, but the floor and unit number is that of my old house... This is what I call almalgamation... merger of 2 different addresses to for 1 non-existing one! Haha.. I'm such a klutz!

And because of that, I got lost in some ulu Woodlands Industrial Park, walking about aimlessly cursing and swearing under my breadth under the hot sun.. sigh sigh...

Thankfully I found my way out with the help of the friendly taxi driver who squeezed $2.80 out of me despite the short taxi ride.

So many things, so little time

I'm already up to my saturation point. Everyday when I go to school, there are just so many things to be done. This, this, this and this. Then there is that, that, that and that.

I decided to be more organized by listing the things I have to do on a piece of paper. The satisfaction I get when I strike them off (in thick tip marker) is simply tremendous. BUT (!!!) more items are being added faster than I can strike the old ones off. %@(!^+#

My list is getting longer and longer, like those long long receipts when you have a shopping spree at NTUC or something. OK, maybe not NTUC, but you get what I mean?

Can someone (or anyone) please enlighten me as to why this game is so highly addictive? Isn't it a form of gambling?!

School's Started...

It's the first day of school and I already feel sooo tired at the end of Day 1. Oh man! I miss my school holidays! When will it come again?
